Cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. As we carefully select and purchase fresh products for each order and plan the production process in advance, please give us as much notice as possible.

If you decide to cancel your order, the following conditions apply:

• 3 or more days ahead before the order is placed: cancellation is free, a full refund will be given.

• 2 days to go (where fresh products have already been purchased): applies 30 % tax on the amount of the order (70 % refunded).

• 1 day to go (when production and preparation have already started): applicable 50 % tax on the amount of the order (50 % refunded).

• On the day the order is placed: cancellation is no longer possible and no refunds, because all the products have been used and the work is done.

We would like to stress that this fee is not a fine. It is only intended to partially compensate you for damaged products and the time taken by the craftsmen to prepare your order.
